Description

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR BID OR PROPOSAL. THIS IS STATUTORILY MANDATED FIFTEEN BUSINESS DAY ADVERTISEMENT OF AN INTENDED SINGLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT BY DEP.

SEE ATTACHED DOCUMENTATION FOR DETAILS OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES TO BE PROCURED AND SINGLE SOURCE JUSTIFICATION FOR THE SAME.

Background
The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) is responsible for regulating Florida's air resources, including air quality monitoring and compliance with emission sources. The goal of this contract is to procure Teledyne Advanced Pollution Instrumentation to ensure operational readiness and compliance with federal quality assurance requirements for Florida's Statewide Air Monitoring Network.

Work Details
The contract will involve the procurement of Teledyne equipment, equipment repairs, and spare parts necessary for maintaining operational readiness. Specific items include:

- Teledyne API Model T100U SO2 Analyzer
- T200U Trace-level Chemiluminescence NO/NO2/NOX Analyzer
- T300U (CE) CO Analyzer
- T640 Optical PM Analyzer
- T640X Optical PM Analyzer
- T700 Dynamic Dilution Calibrator
- T701 Zero Air System
- T750U Trace Level Portable Gas Calibrator
- 751H Zero Air System.

The services include manufacturer repair of critical components and ensuring inventory of backup units and spare parts.

Period of Performance
The contract is intended to be performed over a period of 12 months.

Place of Performance
The services and products will be delivered to the Department of Environmental Protection located at 3800 Commonwealth Blvd., MS93, Tallahassee, Florida 32399.
