Subcontracting Notice: Property Appraiser and VAB Building Renovation GMP

Project Title: Property Appraiser and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) Building Renovation GMP. Pursuant to Broward County Contract No.: RFP PNC2119500P1 Pirtle Construction Company invites qualified firms to submit subcontractor bids for the Property Appraiser and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) Building Renovation GMP, a LEED Silver project, located at 1801 NW 49th Street, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33309. Please note Broward County is referring all subcontractor bidding interest for this project directly to the Countys contracted Managing General Contractor, Stiles/Pirtle Joint Venture (SPJV). In order to be considered to submit a bid for this project, the bidder must be previously qualified by Pirtle Construction Company via COMPASS or complete a pre-qualification form and be accepted prior to submitting a bid. Failure to submit bids prior to the deadline shall be grounds for automatic disqualification of bid. Submittal of Sealed Bids will not be accepted by any other means, including S2G. Pirtle encourages the participation of subcontractors and vendors that are certified as CBE with Broward County. The CBE goal for this project is 30%.
