Stringfellow Rd. Bridge Replacement - CDBG - DR

Lee County, Florida is seeking bids from qualified individuals or firms for the replacement of the Stringfellow Rd. Bridge. The scope of work for this contract includes providing all necessary labor, services, materials, equipment, tools, consumables, transportation, skills, and incidentals required to complete the bridge replacement project in accordance with the solicitation documents and technical specifications. The project is funded in part or in whole by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) through the Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Program. As such, consultants must comply with all Federal Grant Requirements, including 2 CFR part 200 and 24 CFR part 570, as well as all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in the solicitation documents. Interested individuals or firms must submit sealed proposals in accordance with the provided specifications. Proposals may be submitted electronically via Ion Wave or hand-delivered to the Procurement Management Director at 2115 Second Street, 1st Floor, Fort Myers, FL 33901. Hand-delivered proposals must be received in a sealed envelope prior to the scheduled proposal opening time and must be clearly marked with the solicitation name, solicitation number, bidder name, and contact information as specified in the solicitation documents. All bidders are required to download the Bid Invitation, complete all Attributes, Bid Lines (if applicable), and Supplier Information, and ensure all requested attachments are included. The Bid Invitation must be signed and dated. Sealed proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Lee County Procurement Management Division office for the purpose of selecting a vendor to perform the required services for the Stringfellow Rd. Bridge Replacement project.
