State Guard Uniform Apparel And Components

Background
The Department of Military Affairs (DMA), Division of the Florida State Guard (FSG) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the purchase of military uniforms and components. This initiative aims to ensure that the Florida State Guard has access to high-quality, durable, and functional uniforms that meet specific requirements outlined in the solicitation.

Work Details
The vendor shall develop and maintain a uniform package that provides all agreed-upon uniform items in a timely manner, in sufficient quantities to meet agency demand, and at reasonable prices. The contract includes:

- Supply of 1,200 custom Army Combat Uniform (ACU) Digital Camouflage Shirts (Long Sleeves) and Pants.
- Provision of Name Tapes and Tactical Patrol Caps.
- Compliance with Trade Act Agreement standards.
- Development of an order form with item numbers, sizing charts, specific order instructions, and pricing.
- Creation of a color catalog within 60 days post-award detailing all bid items with descriptions, sizing charts, item numbers, sizes available, and prices.
- Delivery timelines: 1,200 uniform items within 15 months; remaining specialty items within 24 months from order receipt. All items must be inspected by FSG representatives before acceptance.

Period of Performance
The anticipated term of the contract/purchase order shall be effective on or about May 1, 2025, and shall expire on May 31, 2027. The Division has the option to renew the contract for up to three years in one-year increments.

Place of Performance
The geographic location for performance includes various sites associated with the Florida State Guard, particularly Camp Blanding Joint Training Center located at 5629 SR 16 W, Starke, Florida 32091,

and the FSG main office at 2601 Blair Stone Road, Tallahassee, Florida 32301.
