Standard Class 125 Flanged Fitting

Background
The City of Tampa is issuing a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for Standard Class 125 Flanged Fittings to be utilized by various departments.
The goal of this contract is to procure specific fittings that meet the required specifications for municipal use.

Work Details
The contract includes the following items:
1) Flange, CI, 6in x 2in FNPT Threaded Outlet, Class 125 - Quantity: 1 Each;
2) Reducer 4in x 3in DI Flanged C/L Class 125 per specification - Quantity: 2 Each;
3) Tee 4in x 4in Flanged DI C/L Class 125 per specification - Quantity: 1 Each;
4) Tee 6 inch x 6 inch Flanged DI C/L Class 125 per specification - Quantity: 4 Each;
5) Flange, CI, 4in x 2in FNPT Threaded Outlet, Class 125 - Quantity: 2 Each.
All items must be delivered Freight On Board (FOB) Destination within ten days after receipt of order.

Period of Performance
The contract will be awarded for a period of one year from the date of award.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to the City of Tampa, specifically to the address provided in the solicitation documents.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with all applicable federal and state laws, as well as local codes and ordinances.
The awarded contractor must maintain insurance coverage as specified in the solicitation and provide documentation of compliance with Florida's Public Records Law.
Additionally, at least fifty-one percent (51%) of the work must be performed by the awarded contractor's own forces unless written consent to subcontract a greater percentage is obtained from the City.
