Background
The Osceola County Board of County Commissioners is seeking to update and replace staff lockers within the Osceola County Jail. The goal of this contract is to enhance the facility's operational efficiency and safety by providing new, durable equipment that meets correctional facility standards.
Work Details
The successful Respondent shall deliver and provide all necessary materials, adhesives, labor, and new, unused equipment for installation. This includes:
- Forty-two (42) three-tier Wardrobe Lockers, dimensions 12"x12"x78", fully assembled Hallowell Wardrobe Lockers or an approved alternative.
- Required mounting hardware.
All equipment must comply with correctional facility safety and security standards and be constructed from heavy-duty steel or stainless steel that is corrosion-resistant. Design features must include louvered doors, and the units must withstand continuous daily use in a detention environment. The vendor is also responsible for the safe removal, hauling, and disposal of existing lockers.
Period of Performance
The project completion shall be attained no later than 30 days from the date a purchase order has been issued by the County to the successful Bidder.

The work will be performed at the Osceola County Corrections Facility located at 402 Simpson Road, Kissimmee, Florida 34744.
