South County Reclaimed Water Transmission Pipeline Phase 1B

Background
The South County Reclaimed Water Transmission Pipeline Phase 1B project is initiated by the Palm Beach County Water Utilities Department (PBCWUD) to expand its reclaimed water system.

The goal of this project is to construct approximately 1.47 miles of reclaimed water transmission pipeline, delivering reclaimed water along Lyon Road from north of Glades Road to Yamato Road. This initiative aligns with the county's mission to enhance water utility services and promote sustainable water management.

Work Details
The contract involves the construction of either a 30-inch or a 24-inch reclaimed water transmission pipeline.

Bidders are required to submit separate bid forms for both pipe size options. The work includes all materials, labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, fees, expertise, and services necessary for the completion of the pipeline installation. The successful bidder will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations throughout the project.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed and will continue until project completion as specified in the contract documents.
