Bidder Requirements
Respondents must maintain a permanent place of business within Leon, Wakulla, Gadsden or Jefferson County for at least six months prior to the proposal due date to qualify for local vendor preference points. Additionally, respondents must comply with insurance requirements including:
- Commercial General Liability Insurance ($1 million)
- Business Automobile Liability Insurance ($1 million)
- Workers’ Compensation Insurance as per Florida Statutes
