Software licenses, maintenance, and installation with Vista Solutions Group, LP

Background
The Department of Financial Services, Office of Information Technology, intends to enter into an agreement with Vista Solutions Group, LP for software licenses, maintenance and support, end-user training and documentation, and installation and configuration for ADSync and the Standard Retention modules in the netDMS System.

The Department has identified a continued need for these services due to the proprietary nature of the software developed specifically for their use.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following services:

- Annual maintenance and support on existing software used by the Department;
- New ADSync and Retention licenses;
- Installation and configuration of these modules;
- End-user training;
- Documentation.

The specific products/services include:
1) Software licenses for ADSync and Standard Retention modules;
2) Maintenance and support services for netDMS software;
3) Installation and configuration services for ADSync and Retention modules.

Period of Performance
The contract is intended to commence on March 24, 2025, at 10:30 A.M. (ET) and will continue until March 27, 2025, at 10:30 A.M. (ET).

Place of Performance
The geographic location for performance is Tallahassee, FL.
