SOE Audio/Visual Systems Training Rooms Upgrades

Background
The City of Jacksonville, through the Duval County Supervisor of Elections, is seeking bids for the upgrade of audiovisual systems in Training Rooms 2 and 3. The goal of this contract is to enhance the functionality, reliability, and user experience of the audiovisual systems by integrating modern AV technologies while reusing selected owner-furnished equipment that remains functional and compatible with the upgraded systems.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:
- Upgrading the audiovisual system in Training Rooms 2 and 3.
- Integrating modern AV technologies.
- Strategically reusing selected owner-furnished equipment (OFE) that is functional and compatible with upgraded functionalities.
- Upgrading video signals to accommodate ultra-high-definition resolution (UHD) between all sources and destinations.
- Ensuring that the operating system interfaces with the supplied design and is tested prior to installation.
- Reporting any defects, functional issues, or equipment failures to the client.
- All installations must be complete and fully operational by October 1, 2025.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution of the purchase order or contract and will continue until completion and acceptance of the stated scope of work, with a deadline for full operational status by October 1, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Supervisor of Elections, 1 Imeson Park Blvd, Building 100, Jacksonville, FL 32218.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be legally authorized to do business in Duval County and comply with all minimum requirements for this bid. They are required to provide proof of applicable local business licenses and demonstrate experience on similar projects. Additionally, bidders must certify that no official or employee of the City has a material financial interest in their company. Participation of Jacksonville Small Emerging Businesses (JSEBs) is encouraged.
