Background
The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services is seeking to procure sales and business promotion activities through SMRT Solutions, LLC for Sedano's Supermarket Promotions. This initiative is part of the Florida Agricultural Promotional Campaign, which aims to promote Florida agricultural commodities, value-added products, and agricultural-related businesses as outlined in Florida Statute 571.2.

Work Details
The contract involves promoting and generating additional retail sales for Florida agricultural products through various marketing strategies including circular advertisements, in-store promotions, magazines, television, and social media advertising featuring the 'Fresh From Florida' logo. The vendor must be a non-paid member of the 'Fresh From Florida' Industry membership program.

Specific tasks include:
1. Planning, drafting, printing, and publishing online weekly sale flyers featuring Florida products.
2. Planning, printing, and distributing in-store signage to individual stores.
3. Coordinating in-store promotions across all store locations.
4. Planning and publishing vendor-specific publications for distribution in-store or by mail to customers.
5. Managing social media posts on the vendor's official accounts.

Period of Performance
The contract will be executed from the date of execution through June 30, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in Orlando and Miami, Florida where Sedano’s Supermarkets operates.
