Work Details
The contract includes the provision of SmartCop SmartMCT software, which encompasses the SmartMap feature and professional training services. The SmartMCT solution is designed to enhance public safety and productivity by simplifying complex processes into user-friendly solutions. Key functionalities include:

- Live CAD display
- Silent self-dispatching capabilities
- Comprehensive mapping and routing
- State and local searches
- Integrated ESRI GIS maps that allow both online and offline access.

This ensures that local maps are available even when cellular data is not accessible. The contract also covers annual maintenance, system support, training services, and customization services for the proprietary SmartCOP software.

Period of Performance
The contract is intended to be effective upon approval with a total price of $50,000.00.

Bidder Requirements
SmartCOP software is proprietary; therefore, no other vendors are authorized to sell or provide maintenance and support for this software. As such, there are no set-aside certifications or additional bidder requirements specified.
