SmartBear ReadyAPI and Virtserver Licenses Renewal

The Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC) is seeking quotes for the renewal of its existing SmartBear ReadyAPI and VirtServer licenses. The work of the contract includes:

Renewal of 10 SmartBear ReadyAPI Test Fixed User Subscription Licenses
Renewal of 4 SmartBear ReadyAPI Virtualization Fixed User Subscription Licenses
Renewal of 1 SmartBear VirtServer license (supporting up to 50 virts)

OUC is the requesting entity for this solicitation.

This contract is intended to continue uninterrupted access to SmartBear ReadyAPI and VirtServer tools, which are currently in use by OUC. The renewal will ensure ongoing support and functionality for OUC's testing and virtualization needs.

Contract requirements include:
Providing two quote options:
   - Quote #1: One-year term (10/01/2026 09/30/2027)
   - Quote #2: Multi-year term (beginning 10/01/2026, with the end date and term length to be determined by the vendor's quote; OUC is seeking potential savings for a 3-year or 5-year option, so vendors are encouraged to submit their best offer)
