Background
The Florida Department of Revenue, Child Support Program is seeking contractual services for online pre-employment skills testing to assist in identifying and selecting qualified applicants for employment. The program has been outsourcing skills testing since 2020 under a series of purchase orders. In the fiscal year 2023-24, the program purchased services for 3,813 assessments taken by applicants.

Work Details
The contractor will provide online pre-employment skills testing services that assess the necessary skills for positions within the Child Support Program. This includes developing and administering tests that evaluate candidates' abilities relevant to job requirements. The contractor must ensure that the testing platform is user-friendly and secure. Additionally, they must maintain confidentiality of applicant data and provide reports on assessment results to hiring managers.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution and will continue through the fiscal year 2025-26, with specific performance milestones to be established in the contract.

Place of Performance
Services will primarily be performed online, accessible to applicants across Florida.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be registered with the Florida Department of Management Services (FDMS) via MyFloridaMarketPlace. They must not be on any prohibited vendor lists including the Scrutinized Companies List or Suspended Vendor List. Vendors are required to certify compliance with various legal stipulations regarding business operations and must submit a Vendor Certification Form (PUR7801).
