Shell Road Base Materials Myakka State Forest - Project No. 15250ROAD24

Background
The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services is issuing this Invitation to Bid No. ITB FFS 24 25 78 for the Myakka State Forest Road Project (Project No. 15250ROAD24).
The goal of this contract is to procure road base materials necessary for the maintenance and improvement of roads within the Myakka State Forest.

Work Details
The contractor will provide road base material in accordance with Section 2, Technical Specifications.
The estimated quantity is to be determined based on the number of loads required, with a firm fixed unit price of $694 per ton as specified in the revised price sheet (Attachment B).
Vendors must use the amended version of the price sheet provided by the Department when preparing their bids.

Period of Performance
The sealed bids are due on December 4, 2024, with a public meeting for opening bids scheduled for December 5, 2024.
The anticipated posting of vendor information regarding the recommended award will occur on December 10, 2024.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Myakka State Forest, Florida.
