ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) Professional Software, Support, Subscriptions and Product Services

Background
This contract is issued by Broward County for the purchase of ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) Professional Software, Support, Subscriptions, and Product Services. The Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) Division and various other Broward County agencies will utilize these services and products to enhance their operational capabilities. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the agencies have access to necessary IT service management tools and support in accordance with specified requirements.

Work Details
The contract encompasses the following services and products:

1. Purchase of ServiceNow ITSM Professional Software.
2. Ongoing support for the software including troubleshooting and maintenance.
3. Subscription services for updates and new features.
4. Additional product services as required by various Broward County agencies, adhering to the Specifications and Requirements for ServiceNow License and Support.

Period of Performance
The initial contract period will commence on the date of award and will last for five years. The Director of Purchasing has the option to renew the contract for up to five additional one-year terms based on vendor performance and mutual agreement.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations within Broward County as required by the agencies utilizing the ITSM solutions.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must comply with Federal Transit Administration (FTA) requirements, including submission of applicable forms outlined in the FTA Funding Supplement. Vendors are also required to provide proof of insurance as specified in the Minimum Insurance Requirements Form, including Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, Pollution Liability, Professional Liability Insurance, and any other relevant coverage as determined by Broward County's Risk Management Division.
