Security Surveillance System Provision And Inst

Background
The Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) is seeking competitive pricing for the provision and installation of a Security Surveillance System at their headquarters located at 2601 Blair Stone Road, Tallahassee, FL 32399.
The goal of this contract is to enhance security measures within the Department's facilities by integrating new surveillance technology with existing systems.

Work Details
The Contractor shall deliver and install a complete Security Surveillance System that includes:
1. Supply and installation of 12 one-way direction cameras and one 360-degree dome camera, all at least 1080P resolution IP power over ethernet (POE) and vandal resistant.
2. A Network Video Recorder (NVR) with sufficient storage for a minimum of 30-day retention and a backup battery power source lasting between 1 to 3 hours.
3. All necessary software and licenses for the system, including object detection capabilities in the camera software.
4. A mobile application for system access with a minimum of five users.
5. Integration of existing DSX Access Control System components, including 14 one-way cameras, 99 access readers, and 12 control panels into the new system.
6. Professional removal of existing security housings/panels as needed for installation.
7. Compliance with NDAA requirements for all equipment provided.
8. Maintenance of a local facility with a technician within 50 miles of the installation site prior to contract execution.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective from the date of issuance of the purchase order until June 30, 2025.

The work will be performed at the Department’s headquarters located at 2601 Blair Stone Road, Tallahassee, FL 32399.
