Security Guard Services for TOPB Marina

Background
The Town of Palm Beach is seeking proposals from security guard service contractors to provide security services at the Town Marina. The primary goal is to ensure customer safety and protect Town property while maintaining access control at the marina's dock gates and parking lots. This initiative aligns with the Town's mission to safeguard its assets and enhance public safety.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, management, supervision, equipment, and materials required to deliver security services at the Town Marina. Specific tasks include:
- Protecting customer safety and assets
- Safeguarding Town property
- Maintaining access control of four dock gates and three parking lots.

Proposers must demonstrate experience in marina-specific security operations, provide a staffing plan, and ensure adequate resources are allocated for service delivery without reliance on subcontractors or temporary workers.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence at the beginning of the Town's 2027 fiscal year on October 1, 2026, with an initial term ending on September 30, 2027. There are four optional one-year renewal periods available based on satisfactory performance.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Town Marina located in Palm Beach, Florida.

Bidder Requirements
Proposers must submit documentation demonstrating their experience in providing marina security services, including a Letter of Intent, company oversight structure, references for similar contracts, and evidence of financial stability. They must also provide proof of insurance coverage and may be required to submit a Dun & Bradstreet report if shortlisted.

The proposal evaluation will consider:

- Dispute history (10 points)
