Description

The Florida DOH, BPHL has the need to purchase services for the Cannabis Laboratory's cannabis-specific Laboratory Information System (LIMS), Sample Master, to support testing of medical marijuana and medical marijuana products, including perform software configuration and updating the functionality of the system and custom reports. The current system used by the Cannabis Laboratory allows for flexibility to make changes as needed, allows for integration of instrumentation used by the cannabis laboratory to perform testing and upload results from the instrument to the LIMS, offers inventory module to track samples from receipt to disposal, offers barcoding (1D, 2D and QR codes), has an integrated QA/QC module that supports the workflows used, checks the limits of quality control samples, control charting, and stability studies. The system also has a web portal that provides secure access to real time laboratory data 24/7. The system provides auditing of all entries throughout the lifetime of the system.

In accordance with Chapter 60A-1.045, Florida Administrative Code, the Florida DOH, BPHL requests authorization to purchase, as a single source, monthly subscription, software licenses, programming house and maintenance from Accelerated Technology Laboratories, LLC. (dba Confience).

Work Details
