Safety Items

The Town of Palm Beach, Florida is seeking qualified and experienced companies to provide pricing for Safety Items and Accessories. The work of this contract includes:

Supplying safety items and accessories as detailed in the Request for Bid specifications.
Providing exact equivalents for any substitute items, with documentation including manufacturer and part numbers in the specified column.
Ensuring that all items quoted include shipping charges (if applicable) in the unit price.
Fulfilling orders that will be placed via Purchase Orders on an 'as needed' basis throughout the contract term.

This solicitation is being issued by the Town of Palm Beach, Florida.

The contract is intended to establish pricing and supply terms for safety items and accessories for a period of one (1) year. Quantities are estimated and do not bind the buyer. The Town reserves the right to award the contract on an 'All-or-None' basis to a single bidder, or on an 'Item by Item' basis, depending on what is most advantageous to the Town. Awards may also be made to Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary suppliers.

Contract requirements include:
Prices must remain valid for one year.
Terms of payment are Net 30 days.
F.O.B. is Destination (West Palm Beach, FL 33401).
Vendors are not required to bid on all items and may quote only those items they currently carry.

Instructions for submission:
All bids must be submitted using the forms provided by the Town of Palm Beach.
All blanks on the forms must be completed; failure to do so may result in rejection.
No modifications are permitted to the Town-provided forms.

The bid opening will be conducted virtually via the Microsoft Teams Meeting platform. The date and time are specified in the 'Events' section of the solicitation.
