Work Details
The vendor will provide and deliver airfield traffic marking paint from an authorized dealer, distributor, or manufacturer. The paint must conform to Federal Specifications TT-P-1952F, Type II Waterborne Traffic Paint. Specific requirements include:
- Brands accepted: Pride Enterprise, Baker Striping Traffic Paint, or Approved Equal.
- Paint must begin setting within 2 minutes of application and dry completely within 1 hour under humidity up to 85%.
- Must be extremely durable for long-lasting markings on asphalt and concrete surfaces.
- Colors must match existing traffic paint at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL).
Delivery must be made FOB destination within 15 calendar days after receipt of Purchase Order (PO), with items shipped on pallets or stacked to prevent damage.
Period of Performance
The contract will be performed as needed over an open-end period, with specific deliveries required within 15 calendar days after receipt of a Purchase Order.
Place of Performance
Deliveries will be made to the Broward County Aviation Maintenance Division located at 3400 SW 2nd Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33315.
