RMS, VDM, CAD, MDT, MRE, and VMC Versaterm Software Applications

Background
The City of Tampa, specifically the Tampa Police Department, is seeking to procure RMS, VDM, CAD, MDT, MRE, and VMC Versaterm Software Applications. These applications are utilized on officers' mobile devices for communication purposes including geolocation updates, support unit routing, call-related activities, and querying various databases.

The goal of this contract is to ensure that the police department has the necessary software to effectively manage their operations.

Work Details
The contractor must provide the following software applications: RMS (Records Management System), VDM (Vehicle Data Management), CAD (Computer-Aided Dispatch), MDT (Mobile Data Terminal), MRE (Mobile Reporting Environment), and VMC (Vehicle Maintenance Control).

The prospective bidder must be an authorized manufacturer's distributor or dealer capable of quoting the product and providing warranty service, maintenance, or repairs as needed for the products supplied to the City.

Period of Performance
