Background
The City of Wildwood, Florida is seeking a qualified firm to provide pavement management consultant services in accordance with the Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA). The city aims to select a firm that can implement a pavement management system to maintain approximately 135 lane miles of roadway.

Work Details
The selected consultant will be responsible for assisting the city in selecting a pavement management software system and providing guidance on selecting a methodology to complete a pavement condition survey that aligns with the chosen software.
The pavement management system should enable the city to integrate and maintain an inventory, analyze condition data, track construction history, and perform multi-year analyses to facilitate informed decisions regarding pavement maintenance and rehabilitation.

Period of Performance
The RFQ timeline includes important dates such as the issue date of the RFQ on June 28, 2024, the last day for questions on July 16, 2024, addendums posted by July 19, 2024, response submission deadline on August 1, 2024 at 11:00 AM EST, selection committee meeting on August 5, 2024, vendor presentations (if necessary) in the week of August 12, 2024, and award and contract negotiations by August 26, 2024.
