Background

Work Details

The contractor must ensure compliance with all relevant environmental regulations and provide detailed reporting on the quantities and types of materials recycled. Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for advising the lead agency of any participating entities that fail to place orders during the contract period and must furnish a semi-annual summary of sales detailing contract numbers, total commodities sold, and dollar amounts by commodity.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and will continue for one year, with options for renewal based on performance and mutual agreement between the Town of Davie and the contractor.

Services will be performed at various locations specified by the participating agencies within Southeast Florida.

Bidder Requirements
