The Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC) is an electric and water municipal utility serving Orlando, Florida, and surrounding areas. Work Details
The selected supplier will provide either or both of the following services:
1. Mobile Onsite Services: Fully equipped, supplier-operated medical units capable of delivering all required evaluations and testing at OUC worksites.
2. Brick-and-Mortar Facility: A licensed, freestanding medical facility located within the Orlando metropolitan area that may serve as a supplemental option to support mobile operations.
Services include medical evaluations aligned with OUC’s occupational health standards, respirator fit testing, audiometric testing, physical examinations, and compliance with OSHA and NIOSH standards. Medical personnel must hold valid licenses in Florida and include physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, certified audiologists, and technicians trained in specific testing protocols.
Period of Performance
The contract will be for three years with an option to renew for two additional one-year terms at OUC's discretion. No cost increases are permitted during the initial three-year term; any increases during renewal periods are capped at 3%.
Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various OUC locations including Reliable Plaza in Orlando, Pershing Avenue in Orlando, Stanton Energy Center in Orlando, Gardenia Avenue in Orlando, Tileston Road in St. Cloud, and Indian River Plant in Titusville.
Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be licensed and insured to provide medical services in Florida with a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
