Rfp#25-201 - Grid Resilience Infrastructure Partnerships (GRIP) Grant Management Consultant Services

Background
The City of Lake Worth Beach is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide comprehensive grant management services for the Department of Energy's Grid Resilience Infrastructure Partnerships (GRIP) funding. This initiative is part of the city's efforts to enhance grid resilience and is authorized under the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA). The selected consultant will play a critical role in managing federal grants and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Work Details
The consultant will be responsible for the following services:

1. Comprehensive grant management including oversight of all aspects of the DOE GRIP funding.

2. Ensuring compliance with federal laws, regulations, executive orders, policies, procedures, and directives as outlined in Exhibit I.

3. Providing training and quality assurance to project teams on grant management tasks while adhering to federal regulations.

4. Managing projects that utilize Davis-Bacon Act requirements, including employee reporting and quality checks.

5. Overseeing payment procedures for federal projects using systems like VIPER for reimbursements.

6. Providing guidance on FARC reporting to ensure accurate alignment with project objectives.

Period of Performance
The contract will be awarded for an initial period of five years, with potential renewals based on grant duration and mutual agreement between the city and the consultant.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations as required by the City of Lake Worth Beach, Florida.
