The County requires a comprehensive online video platform for live and on-demand streaming that aligns with their operational, compliance, and continuity requirements.

Work Details
The contract involves providing a Vimeo Enterprise Subscription which includes the following features:
- Integrated Chat Feature for audience engagement
- Multiple Bit Rate Streaming for both live and on-demand content
- Support for Live Events, On-Demand Videos, and Webinars
- Interactive Video capabilities
- Built-in Quizzes and Polls for viewer participation
- Advanced Analytics for performance tracking
- Ability to Create Folders, Showcases, and Channels for organized content management
- Tools to Create Teams and collaborate effectively
- Options to Assign Access by Roles or Permissions for secure administration
- Automatic Captioning and Transcripts to ensure accessibility
- Hardware Encoder Agnostic compatibility.

Additionally, the platform must support 4K & HDR video, API Integration, customizable video players, password protection, domain-level privacy, private link sharing, and analytics dashboards that provide insights on views by city, device, source URL, total views, unique viewers, and more.
