The Miami-Dade County Public Library System (MDPLS) is seeking construction services for the Replacement Key Biscayne Branch Library. The goal of this project is to replace the existing 6,200 square foot library built in 1976 with a new two-story library that will be approximately 20,000 square feet. The new facility aims to meet modern technological standards and sustainable building practices, including LEED silver certification.
Work Details
The contractor shall review all documents, plans, and scope of work provided by MDPLS. The work includes:
