Description

03/10/2025: Addendum #1 Q&A has been posted for this ITB revising Exhibit 1-Estimated Inventory and providing DOAH's responses to questions received from potential Respondents.

02/25/2025: Informational Notice #1 has been posted for this ITB revising the Timeline of Events to include an additional date for the Mandatory Site Visits and revising the dates for all other events.

DOAH seeks to establish a Purchase Order/Contract with a responsive, responsible and qualified Vendor for with its own equipment and staff to move property from its current office building(s) to the newly leased office location in Tallahassee (Leon County).

Mandatory Site Visits are scheduled for this ITB. Please review Section 3.6, Timeline of Events for the dates, times, and location addresses.

Background
The Division of Administrative Hearings (DOAH) is responsible for impartially adjudicating disputes between private citizens and state agencies.
The goal of this contract is to establish a Purchase Order/Contract with a qualified Vendor to facilitate the relocation of DOAH's office property to a newly leased location in Tallahassee, Leon County.

Work Details
The Vendor will provide relocation services which include moving property from the current office building(s) to the new office location.
The Vendor must have its own equipment and staff for the move.
Mandatory site visits are required for all participating Respondents, as outlined in Section 3.6, Timeline of Events.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance for the Purchase Order/Contract is five months, starting from March 26, 2025, or from the date of contract execution, whichever is later, until July 10, 2025.

Place of Performance
The relocation services will be performed in Tallahassee, Florida, specifically moving items from existing DOAH office locations to a new office at 2001 Drayton Drive.
