Description

The Florida Department of Transportation requests competitive sealed bids (as indicated in the solicitation) for the procurement of a Refurbished Toughbooks and Docking Stations for District Seven.

MFMP Transaction Fee:

All payment(s) to the vendor resulting from this competitive solicitation WILL be subject to the MFMP Transaction Fee in accordance with the attached Form PUR 1000 General Contract Condition #14. The Transaction Fees imposed shall be based upon the date of issuance of the payment.

Background
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is seeking competitive sealed bids for the procurement of refurbished Toughbooks and docking stations for District Seven. The goal of this contract is to enhance the technological capabilities of the department by providing high-quality, refurbished equipment that meets specific performance criteria.

Work Details
The contract includes the following items:
- **FZ-55-MK1-U**: Refurbished Panasonic Toughbook FZ-55 i5/i7 8th Generation, 1.60 GHz, 512 GB SSD, 16GB GPS. Quantity: 30 units. Warranty: Three years.
- **DS-PAN-421-2-U**: FZ-55 Docking Station (brands Havis or Gamber Johnson), standard dock with power passthrough and port replication, no RF antenna support. Quantity: 46 units.
- **CF-LNDDC120**: Lind 120 Watt car charger for various Toughbook models. Quantity: 46 units.

All items must be in good working condition with some cosmetic issues acceptable.

Period of Performance
The delivery of all items is expected to occur within a specified timeframe after receipt of the purchase order, which will be detailed in the bid submission.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to locations specified by the Florida Department of Transportation within District Seven.

Bidder Requirements
