Background
The City of Jacksonville, Florida, is seeking bids for the procurement of Ready Mix Concrete. Work Details
The contract involves the purchase and delivery of Ready Mix Concrete to various locations throughout Duval County as needed by the Right of Way & Ground Maintenance Division personnel. - Suppliers must respond with full quantity on each line item.
- The City reserves the right to purchase more than the estimated quantities listed or not make any purchases at all during the contract period.
- Bidders must provide proof of applicable local business licenses if located within Duval County.
- Suppliers shall be engaged in the full-time production of the material requested.
- A price sheet must be submitted detailing prices for each item listed in the bid documents.

Period of Performance
The initial period of service will be six months, with two optional six-month renewals subject to approval by both the supplier and the City of Jacksonville.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed throughout Duval County, Florida, specifically at locations designated by the Right of Way & Ground Maintenance Division.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with several requirements including:
- Legal authorization to do business in Duval County.
- Certification that no official or employee of the City has a material financial interest in their company.
- Participation in Jacksonville's Small and Emerging Business (JSEB) program is encouraged; bidders should submit a Schedule of Participation for JSEB involvement.
