Radio and Cellphone Enhancement

Background
The St. Johns County School District is seeking to establish a contract for the purchase and installation of Radio and Cell Phone Facility Enhancements at various locations. The goal of this contract is to improve communication capabilities within the school facilities, ensuring that both radio and cellphone services are enhanced for better connectivity.

Work Details
The successful Bidder will be responsible for the purchase and installation of radio and cell phone facility enhancements on an as-needed basis. This includes providing all necessary supervision, labor, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and related items required to complete the work.

The Bidder must meet all specifications outlined in the bid documents. Projects will vary in scope, with specific requirements defined individually as each project is initiated. All work must comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations, as well as manufacturer’s specifications. All items provided must be new and of current manufactured models; used or refurbished products are not acceptable.

The successful Bidder must coordinate installation schedules around school activities and maintain emergency service contacts after hours.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and will continue on an as-needed basis until terminated by either party with a 30-day written notice.

Place of Performance
Various locations within St. Johns County School District in Florida.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must possess all required licenses and permits necessary to provide the services throughout the duration of the contract. They must also have sufficient financial support to execute services across all School Board locations if awarded the contract.

Additionally, Bidders are required to submit a completed bid sheet in Excel format along with various certifications including Drug Free Workplace Certification and Conflict of Interest forms.
