QSP - Chiefland Probation & Parole Office

Background
The Florida Department of Corrections, Office of Community Corrections, is seeking to lease office space for a Probation and Parole Office in Chiefland, Levy County, Florida. The goal is to provide a suitable location for the Department to supervise high-risk offenders. The agency has authorized Savills as its exclusive representative for this solicitation.

Work Details
The Department requires a minimum of 4,225 to a maximum of 4,436 square feet of net rentable space in an existing building. The offered space must be enclosed with a roof system and exterior walls in place at the time of submission. It should be suitable for occupancy or renovation without replacement.

The space must be on a single floor with contiguous access. Services provided by the successful Offeror include all necessary build-out and cleanup, utilities payment, trash removal, maintenance (interior, exterior, parking), janitorial services, pest control, security, and other services as outlined in the Quote Submittal Package (QSP) and the State of Florida Lease Agreement. The lease will be for an initial term of ten years with two renewal options of five years each.

Period of Performance
The lease effective date is March 1, 2026. The successful Offeror must make the space available for occupancy by February 23, 2026.
