Purchase of Construction, Material Handling, Transportation, and Grounds Care Equipment (2026–2028)

Requested Work:
The contract seeks the supply of the following equipment categories for a fixed term:

• Construction equipment
• Material handling equipment
• Transportation equipment
• Grounds care equipment

The contract will be established for a period of twenty-four (24) months, commencing on October 1, 2026, and concluding on September 30, 2028. Vendors are expected to provide equipment either as manufacturers or as authorized manufacturer representatives.

Requesting Entity:
The Florida Sheriffs Association is issuing this solicitation and will act as the Contract Administrator throughout both the solicitation process and the administration of the resulting contract.

Background:
This solicitation is issued to establish a contract for the purchase of construction, material handling, transportation, and grounds care equipment over a two-year period. The contract is intended to ensure that the Florida Sheriffs Association and its members have access to qualified vendors for these equipment categories.

Contract Requirements:
