Background
The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to gather insights from interested entities regarding a Public Records Search & Case Management Solution.

Work Details

- Compliance with CJIS, HIPAA, and PII handling obligations.
- Solutions should support features such as:
- Access control and authorization including SSO with MFA.
- Granular search capabilities including field-level searches and keyword/phrase searches.
- Case management functionalities such as creating/managing cases, legal hold management, and reporting dashboards.
- Advanced features like deduplication and role-based redaction tools.
- Integration capabilities with existing systems like SharePoint Online or other EDMS platforms.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed in conjunction with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection's operations, primarily utilizing Azure Government Cloud for hosting.
