Public Announcement For Committee Results For Pre-Bid Qualifications: Rfp-26-94 Hogle Paving Project

Background
The Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind (FSDB) is issuing a solicitation for the Hogle Paving Project. The agency aims to enhance its infrastructure through paving services, which are critical for maintaining accessibility and safety on its campus. Work Details
The contract involves various paving and maintenance services including:
- Parking lot or road maintenance or repairs (Commodity Code: 72103301)
- Infrastructure building, surfacing, and paving services (Commodity Code: 72141100)
- Highway and road paving service (Commodity Code: 72141103)
- Parking lot construction service (Commodity Code: 72152708).

Three vendors have been qualified to attend a Mandatory Pre-Response Meeting scheduled for April 27, 2026:
1. Baker Design Build
2. CGC, Inc.
3. Masci General Contractor Inc.

Additionally, two vendors submitted deficient pre-bids and must correct their submissions to qualify.

Period of Performance
The advertisement period begins on April 15, 2026, at 3:00 PM and ends on April 20, 2026, at 3:00 PM. The Mandatory Pre-Response Meeting will occur on April 27, 2026.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind campus located in St. Augustine, Florida.

Bidder Requirements
