Background
The City of Orlando requests Proposals from interested and qualified Proposers to provide Program Manager services to the City for Improvements to Camping World Stadium, located at 1610 W. Church Street, Orlando, Florida 32805. Camping World Stadium is a multi-purpose outdoor venue that hosts a variety of sports and entertainment events including the NFL Pro Bowl, NCAA football games, WWE WrestleMania, international soccer matches, motorsports events, and concerts. The stadium underwent major expansions and renovations in 2014 and 2021 to improve spectator comfort, provide additional premium seating, and enhance the overall fan experience.
Work Details
The work includes providing Program Manager services for Improvements to Camping World Stadium. The improvements include the addition of new levels on both the East and West Sidelines (Club Levels), new suites within the Clubs at the center of each sideline, adding 4,000+ seats in the North end zone along with additional concessions and restrooms, power upgrades, and four new passenger elevators.
The work also involves serving new areas with concession(s), a marketplace, beverage bars, lounge areas, dedicated restrooms with direct access to the club level seating bowl.
