Background
Sarasota County intends to renew a sole source procurement with NALCO Company LLC for the provision of preventative maintenance services for 3D TRASAR systems in Sarasota County's HVAC equipment. This contract aims to ensure the continued operation and efficiency of HVAC systems utilizing proprietary 3D TRASAR technology, which is protected under US Patent 6,369,894.

The County may consider competitive solicitation if other vendors demonstrate the ability to provide similar products or services.

Work Details
The contractor will provide preventative maintenance services specifically for the 3D TRASAR systems used in Sarasota County's HVAC equipment. This includes routine inspections, servicing, and necessary repairs to maintain optimal performance of the systems.

The contractor must be authorized by NALCO Company LLC to sell these services/products to the County.
