Pressure Washing and Other Cleaning Services

The work of this contract involves providing comprehensive cleaning services, including pressure washing and other cleaning tasks. The selected contractor will be responsible for supplying all necessary labor, equipment, materials, chemicals, fuel, transportation, and supervision to clean, both on a scheduled and emergency basis, various surfaces and structures such as roofs, buildings, walkways, ceilings or rafters, tile/grout, and other areas located in and outside of buildings. These buildings are owned and/or operated by the Citrus County School Board (CCSB) and are specified in the Bid Price Form Attachment A-2. This solicitation is issued by the School Board of Citrus County, Florida, which seeks to establish an agreement with a qualified Respondent for a period of one (1) year. The contract requires the contractor to be capable of performing cleaning services for all identified surfaces and structures, ensuring all work is completed using appropriate materials and methods. The contractor must be prepared to respond to both scheduled and emergency cleaning needs as directed by the CCSB.
