Background
The Department of Management Services of the State of Florida is issuing this Invitation to Bid (ITB) to establish a State Term Contract for Prequalification for Information Technology Staff Augmentation Services.
The goal of this contract is to prequalify vendors who can provide IT staffing services to state agencies, enhancing their operational capabilities. This solicitation is part of an ongoing effort to ensure that the state has access to qualified IT personnel as needed.
Work Details
Vendors will be required to provide Information Technology Staff Augmentation Services, which may include but are not limited to:
- Temporary staffing solutions for various IT roles, including software developers, systems analysts, network engineers, and other related positions.
The services provided must meet the specifications outlined in Attachment A, Scope of Work. Vendors will be prequalified based on their submitted bids and will be eligible to respond to Requests for Quotes from state agencies for specific job titles.
Period of Performance
The contract term is set to begin upon execution and will continue until September 30, 2027.
The Department intends to issue a Supplemental Invitation to Bid annually during the remaining term of the existing State Term Contract.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed within the State of Florida as required by various state agencies seeking IT staff augmentation.
Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be registered in the MyFloridaMarketPlace (MFMP) Vendor Information Portal and the Business Network.
They must also meet specific qualifications related to experience in providing IT staff augmentation services. Current vendors may only submit bids for job titles not previously awarded under the existing contract (80101507-23-STC-ITSA). Additionally, bidders must comply with all mandatory responsive requirements outlined in Attachment L and submit necessary documentation including a completed Price Sheet.
