Background
The Pinewood Cultural Park Wayfinding Signage project is initiated by Pinellas County, which is committed to providing superior public service and enhancing the visitor experience at the park. The goal of this contract is to design, fabricate, deliver, and install wayfinding signage that will improve navigation for visitors within Pinewood Cultural Park located at 12520 Ulmerton Road, Largo, Florida 33774.
Work Details
The vendor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the design, fabrication, delivery, and installation of 52 distinct exterior post-and-panel wayfinding and gate instruction signage. The specifications include:
- **Material Specifications**:
- Face: .080 finished aluminum faces with high-performance vinyl graphics.
- Framing: 4” square black aluminum posts with pyramid caps.
- Colors: Pantone® 553C / Pantone® 7534C / White / Process CMYK.
- **Sign Types**:
- Pedestrian Directional Wayfinding (21 signs) ~24" W x 63" H.
- Tenant Directional – Pedestrian Scale (3 signs) 24" W x 63" H.
- Tenant Directional – Vehicle Scale (5 signs) ~48" W x 72" H.
- Welcome Signage (3 signs) ~72" W x 48" H.
- Thank You Signage (2 signs) ~48" W x 33" H.
- Hours of Operation (4 signs) ~24" W x 48" H.
- Parking Area Directional (4 signs) ~24" W x 48" H.
- Gate Instruction Signs (7 signs) ~18" W x 24" H mounted to gates/fences.
- **Installation**: Majority of the signage will be installed in unimpeded dirt or grass areas; some on fences.
Period of Performance
The contract period will last for three months or until completion by August 14, 2026.
