Painting and Pressure Washing Services

Background
The City of Jacksonville, Public Buildings Division, is seeking qualified and experienced contractors to provide painting and pressure washing services. This solicitation is specifically set aside for Jacksonville Small Emerging Businesses (JSEB). The goal of the contract is to ensure the maintenance and aesthetic upkeep of city buildings through professional services on various surfaces, both interior and exterior.

Work Details
Contractors will be required to provide comprehensive painting and pressure washing services as outlined in the bid documents. This includes but is not limited to:
1) Interior and exterior painting of buildings;
2) Pressure washing of various surfaces;
3) Compliance with all specifications detailed in the bid documents;
4) Adherence to safety regulations during service delivery.

Period of Performance
The initial period of service will be for one year, with three optional one-year renewals subject to approval by both the supplier and the City of Jacksonville.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations within Jacksonville, Florida, specifically starting at 555 W 44th Street, Jacksonville, FL 32208.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be certified as a JSEB at the time of bid opening. They must have a minimum of five years of experience in providing similar services, evidence of three completed projects valued at $60,000 or more, proof of applicable local business licenses if located within Duval County, and must maintain specific insurance coverage as outlined in the solicitation. Additionally, bidders are required to have a minimum of four fully equipped service trucks.
