Optima case tracker system

Background
The Florida Statewide Guardian ad Litem (GAL) Office, part of the Justice Administrative Commission, is seeking to renew its licensing agreement with Evinto Solutions for the Optima case management tracking system.
This software is essential for recording case-related activities for children represented by GAL. The renewal is requested as a single source purchase in accordance with Chapter 60A-1.045 of the Florida Administrative Code.

Work Details
The contract involves a licensing agreement for the Optima case management tracker software, which allows up to 11,000 users access to the system.
The license will be valid for one year, starting from July 1, 2025, and ending on June 30, 2026.
The procurement includes necessary licenses to continue accessing and using the Optima system developed and maintained by Evinto Solutions.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a one-year period from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Florida Statewide Guardian ad Litem Office located at 111 W. Madison Street; Suite 674.

Bidder Requirements
Evinto Solutions is identified as the sole source for this procurement due to its unique position as the only provider of licensing, upgrades, modifications/customizations, and maintenance for its proprietary Optima case management tracker system.
