The Florida Statewide Guardian ad Litem (GAL) Office has to renew its licensing agreement with Evinto Solutions. This licensing agreement provides access to and enhancements, upgrades and maintenance of Evinto Solutions proprietary electronic case management tracking system Optima. Optima is the software utilized by the Guardian ad Litem Office to record case related activity for children represented by GAL. In accordance with Chapter 60A-1.045, Florida Administrative Code, GAL requests authorization to purchase, as a single source, Optima as a Software As A Service (SaaS) license renewal from Evinto Solutions.
