OKTA Custom Integration & Oracle Application Express Support Services

Background
The Florida Board of Governors is seeking to procure advanced Oracle Application Express architecture and implementation support services. The goal of this contract is to assist Board Office staff in optimizing their Oracle Application Express environment, enhancing application performance, and integrating new features and external services. The contractor will also support the integration of the Single Sign-On service with Talan AuthZ for existing client applications.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following services:

1. Advanced Oracle Application Express architecture and implementation support on an as-needed basis.
2. Optimization of the Oracle Application Express environment.
3. Evaluation and tuning of Board Office applications developed within the Application Express environment.
4. Assistance with the assimilation and implementation of new features available in Oracle Application Express.
5. Integration of external services supported by Oracle Application Express.
6. Implementation of REST API connections between disparate external services.
7. Provision of a full-time Apex application developer resource for six months to address staff shortages in the Application Development team, starting upon order approval.
8. Part-time Apex resources for API integration or Apex Plug-In installation and implementation, beginning upon order approval.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a term of up to three years, starting upon order approval.

Place of Performance
Services will be provided to the Florida Board of Governors.

Bidder Requirements
The intended single source for this procurement is Insum Solutions Corp., A Talan Company, which has unique access and experience with Talan AuthZ product integrations into Application Express. They are required due to their proprietary knowledge and capabilities that other contractors cannot provide.
