Background
The City of Jacksonville, Florida, is issuing this solicitation for the Oceanway Park Pool Electrical Repairs. The goal of this contract is to provide all necessary materials, equipment, and labor to repair the electrical components of the swimming pool, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all material, equipment, labor, and necessary permits for the electrical repairs at Oceanway Park Pool. This includes but is not limited to:
- Installation and repair of electrical systems related to the swimming pool.
- Compliance with local building codes and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
- Daily site clean-up and removal of debris during installation.
- Responsibility for any damage to walkways, irrigation, water or electrical lines during installation.
- Completion of the project within 30 days after receiving official Purchase Order notification from the City.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution of the Purchase Order and will continue until completion and acceptance of the stated scope of work, expected within 30 days.

Place of Performance
All work will be performed at Oceanway Park Pool located at 555 West 44th Street, Jacksonville, FL 32208.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be legally authorized to do business in Duval County and comply with all minimum requirements for this bid. Proof of applicable local business licenses and experience on similar projects must be submitted. Additionally, bidders are encouraged to utilize Jacksonville Small and Emerging Businesses (JSEBs) in their contract awards.
