Background
The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (District) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide a fully operational Nutanix-based Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI) environment service for a one-year term.
The goal of the contract is to enhance the District's IT infrastructure to ensure it is production-ready, secure, and highly available, in alignment with industry best practices.
Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the delivery, installation, configuration, integration, migration services, and support for a three-node Nutanix AHV cluster.
This includes required hardware support and software subscriptions.
Optional technical training may also be provided as part of the services.
Period of Performance
The contract will commence on the date specified in the Notice-to-Proceed (NTP) and will last for one year unless modified as per the agreement terms.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed at locations designated by the Central Florida Tourism Oversight District, primarily within Orlando, Florida.
Bidder Requirements
Contractors must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
