North Cape Coral Drainage Basin Alternative Restoration Plan

Background
The City of Cape Coral is seeking proposals from qualified firms experienced in the State of Florida to provide services for the North Cape Coral Drainage Basin Alternative Restoration Plan. The goal of this contract is to develop an alternative restoration plan for the drainage basin, which is critical for managing stormwater and enhancing environmental quality in the area.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for developing a comprehensive alternative restoration plan that includes:

1) Assessment of existing drainage conditions;
2) Identification of potential restoration strategies;
3) Development of design plans and specifications;
4) Preparation of cost estimates;
5) Coordination with local stakeholders and regulatory agencies;
6) Preparation of a final report summarizing findings and recommendations.

All work must comply with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of four (4) years, starting from the date of contract execution.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed in Cape Coral, Florida.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must hold a valid license through the State of Florida, have a local competency license, and be registered in the City of Cape Coral. Additionally, bidders are required to submit various forms including an Immigration Affidavit Certification, E-Verify Memorandum of Understanding, Certificate of Insurance, and evidence of compliance with insurance requirements. Bidders must also adhere to the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goals.
