NKL25-097(B) REBID - Glass Sliding Doors

Background
Miami-Dade County is issuing this Invitation to Quote (ITQ) for the procurement of glass sliding doors intended for guardhouses in the Special Assessment Districts Division (SADD).
The goal of this contract is to ensure that the necessary materials are supplied efficiently and effectively to support the operations of the Parks Recreation and Open Spaces Department.

Work Details
The vendor is required to provide glass sliding doors as specified in the ITQ upon receipt of a Purchase Order.
Miami-Dade County will pick up the sliding glass doors from the vendor.
No additional costs shall be invoiced other than those shown in the Purchase Order.
The delivery/service required must occur within 5 calendar days from receipt of the Purchase Order.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on the day that the purchase order is issued by the Parks Recreation and Open Spaces Department and will remain in effect until all goods are delivered and services completed.
Quotes will be valid for 12 months from the bid due date.

Place of Performance
The glass sliding doors will be picked up by Miami-Dade County at a location specified in the Purchase Order.
