Background
The Town of Montverde, Florida, is seeking proposals for the design and construction of a new greenfield domestic Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) as part of a larger septic-to-sewer project. This initiative aims to improve surface water quality in central Florida and preserve groundwater resources. The project is funded through various government sources, including the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and other state funding programs.

Due to time-sensitive funding, liquidated damages will apply for delays in project completion.

Work Details
The contract involves the design and construction of a Wastewater Treatment Plant. Key components include:

- Adherence to liquidated damages stipulations: $1,000 per day for delays past Substantial Completion and $750 per day for delays past Final Completion.
