Mobile home replacement - Aucilla Wildlife Management Area

Background
The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) is seeking competitive pricing for the removal of an existing mobile home and its replacement with a new mobile home at the Aucilla Wildlife Management Area.
The project aims to enhance the living conditions within the wildlife management area, aligning with FWC's mission to manage fish and wildlife resources for their long-term sustainability.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for removing an existing mobile home and replacing it with a new mobile home of approximately 1,000 square feet.
The scope of work includes:
- Installation of a new mobile home including air conditioning and heating pump.
- Connection to existing electrical systems.
- Plumbing connections to the existing well and septic system as per specifications outlined in the solicitation documents.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a specified period detailed in the final contract documents, including timelines for substantial completion and final inspection.

Place of Performance
The work will take place at the Aucilla Wildlife Management Area, located in Florida.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered in the MyFloridaMarketPlace (MFMP) system and with SunBiz prior to bid opening.
Additionally, bidders must provide evidence of prequalification as per Florida Statutes, including current state contractor license certification and corporate charter registration if applicable.
Bidders are required to submit a list of subcontractors who will perform work on the project.
